BAC now offers a range of customizable options for our rangehoods, allowing you to create a piece that perfectly matches the aesthetics and functionality of your kitchen.
Our customization process is straightforward and flexible. Start by choosing from our array of stock shafts, which provide the foundational shape and size for your rangehood. Then, select from our set of stock crowns, bands, and corbels to add character and detail. For an extra touch of elegance, you can opt to include a frieze to enhance the visual appeal of your rangehood.
We understand that every kitchen is unique, and sometimes our stock options may not fully capture your vision. If you have a specific design in mind or require further customization, we encourage you to inquire about other custom design potentials.

The Ancient Romans mined Travertine for building temples, monuments, and aqueducts.
BAC uses as semi-dry Gypsum Cement mix to create natural Travertine texture.
Pitted to the touch, with variation in color. Warm. Dramatic.

Cast Gypsum plaster reinforced with fiberglass with a mix design engineered for resistance to steam and wear.
Finished in smooth or hand-troweled plaster, primed and ready to paint.

To get started on your hand crafted piece, schedule a consultation with one of our designers. Here’s the process:

Send us inspiration and precedent. This can be in the form of a photo, sketch, or even rough dimensions. To give us an idea of what we can do to bring your ideas to life.

We’ll draft a concept, a few shop drawings, along with pricing. You will select your finish, and we will provide samples curated to your vision while making tweaks until you are satisfied.

You approve the final design, sign a proposal and submit a deposit. We get to work.

Our team of experienced craftspeople sculpt models, make molds, and cast your pieces with warmth in every detail.
We will keep you up to date with photos of our progress. Once complete we will ask for final payment.

We ship your finished product to your door, and provide an installation guide to your contractor. We’re available weekdays 8:00am - 4:00pm to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
