Who We Are

In 1989, master sculptor Leo Lysy and plaster restoration expert Gary Bolles began their now over 30 year collaborative effort, Buffalo Architectural Casting, inc., with a mission to restore architectural ornament with the utmost skill, craftsmanship, and artistry. Bolles and Lysy have mastered a variety of media, and specialize in historic plaster restoration, ornamental plaster, and exterior stone replication.

Now, over 30 years later, BAC’s GFRC division is focused specifically on fabricating GFRC and Forton-MG of the highest quality for new works, and to perfectly match existing or missing terracotta, marble, and stone of all kinds on restoration projects across the country.
